Crochet clothes
This is a written pattern that guides you with clear pictures, diagrams and drawings. You can see the pictures above of my lovely testers who have helped me to create this pattern to fit all sizes! It is perfect for a beginner who wants to make a simple cute bralette! This top was designed and debuted in Trinidad, a sunny tropical twin island in the Caribbean also known as Trinidad and Tobago. This bralette consists of two bra cups which will be worked consecutively. Next, the Willow Squares will be made separately and attached together along with the straps. Lastly, the beading at the bottom will be worked and then your beautiful Mosaic Bralette will be complete! I used a mix of 50% bamboo and 50% cotton yarn from YarnArt. The softer the yarn, the more the Willow Squares will drape nicely! There is some measuring involved to ensure a perfectly custom fit so make sure to have a measuring tape in hand! *THIS IS NOT A FINISHED GARMENT* Super cute and flirty crochet top pattern. Perfect for someone that knows the basics stitches but wants to make something a little more interesting like creating a texture and learn how to make cute embellishment like flowers and butterflies. This pattern has written instructions and pictures to complement the harder bits like the flowers and butterfly which are made all in one piece. Materials needed are simply: Hook needle Yarn Tapestry needle The original top is made with size 6 yarn and a 1.75mm hook needle. I only used 100grams for what it is an equivalent to a size XS – S. Yes, you read correctly a complete top with only 100grams ahah ! It is backless though, I made long straps that cross in the back, for a flirty and fresh feel. Also I made this top in one day, but I imagine a size 4 yarn and size 3-4 needle would work beautifully as well, and cut down your crochet time significantly ahah! It’s a very customisable piece, so the size can be made to measure or allowing around 5 cm per each size up. As you can see in the pictures I prefer minimal coverage ahah! But it’s something you can easily adapt to your preference. I explained everything so you can understand why you are doing certain things in order to utilize the techniques as you wish. There’s a bit of math involved and everything, which will be very useful anytime you need to make embellishments ! Hope you love it as much as I do. This is the crochet PATTERN for the Nina top. The pattern includes detailed instructions on how to make this top, along with helpful pictures and guides. It is suitable for intermediate crocheters. It is a comfortable, elegant and cute, top! It’s got adjustable straps and waist. What sizes are included? – Sizes AA, A, B, C, D, E and F for the cups are included in the instructions. – For the bottom part of the top, you will need to measure your body and then adjust the number of stitches according to that. Instructions for this is of course included! – It is easy to adjust the size and length of the top, and also the cup sizes! What supplies are needed? – 150-350 grams of 100% cotton yarn, superfine, size 1 (50 g=170 m) – 2,5 mm crochet hook – Measuring tape – Scissors and a needle to weave in ends How is the fit? – The fit of the top depends on the size you choose to make. It can either fit like a bra, or more loose. The ruffles are loose and flowy! – The straps are adjustable and there is a string that goes around your chest that can help adjust the fit.
