How to Read the Chart Chart is read from bottom to top. Each row in chart represents two rows of same color. Odd rows are worked on the RS (1, 3, 5, etc) and are read from right to left. Even rows on WS (2, 4, 6, etc) are read back across from left to right. The first square of each row shows which color is used for 2 rows (1-2, 3-4, 5-6, etc). Each square of the chart shows 1 stitch or 1 skipped stitch. When squares of different color appear in the row, they should be skipped. So instead of working them, make the same number of chs as the number of skipped sts plus 1 ch. For 1 missed st you will have ch2. On RS rows, when you will crochet with a different color, you will make mdc in these skipped sts from three rows below. Mdc are only worked on RS rows and are always made in front of chains of previous rows, so the ch-sps are always skipped. On WS (even

This listing is for an online crochet pattern, not a physical item. Let me know if you have any questions at all on the pattern! You will need a 3mm hook, worsted weight yarn, stitch marker, sewing needle, cardboard if you want a flat base, and beads if you want to decorate. This is an intermediate pattern for those that are familiar with amigurumi/stuffed toys. The potion bottle can comfortably hold 12 sets of dice, if you make the neck longer it can hold more. There is also a pattern for the dragon and instructions on combining the two. Since it is yarn the bottle can bend out of shape, I just fill my potion bottle up with dice or stuffing and it goes right back to shape. This pattern was made using 3mm hook but you can use whatever you are most comfortable with, but the bigger the hook the less it will keep it’s shape. If you crochet very loose you can go down a hook size. I use weight 4 yarn for the whole pattern. Have fun and let me know if you have any questions!!!
