I have tested and designed these pads and this pattern and will attest that they are comfortable, safe, and effective menstrual products.The medium pad measures approximately 10 inches long and 2.5 inches wide with the wings folded in. The large pad measures approximately 10.5 inches long and 3 inches wide with the wing folded in. The medium pad with one insert is suitable for liner/light flow/minor incontinence use. The medium pad with two inserts is suitable for moderate flow. The large pad with two inserts is suitable for moderate to heavy flow. The large pad with three inserts is suitable for very heavy/overnight flow.
