Our HTV is perfect for shirts and will make your latest project stand out! Permanent outdoor adhesive vinyl in matte, gloss or glitter is the best choice for decorating items like cups or making decals. The matte removable indoor vinyl is the best choice for walls or smooth surfaces where you would want temporary adhesion that comes off easily. We only use top quality materials and equipment. See below for further information. The 6×12 inch option will be half of the 12×12 inch image shown. IMPORTANT- As of 2/3/2022 orders for patterned heat transfer vinyl will be printed on Stahls’ material instead of Chemica. We are confident in the replacement product as we have also used it for years and it is also easy to work with. Please be aware that if you have purchased from us previously the material will be slightly different in look and feel but still a great product. we strongly recommend it for easy removal of backing especially for intricate designs. Suitable for Cotton, polyester, lycra/spandex and similar fibers. CPSIA certified. Heat transfer vinyl (HTV)- Add patterned sparkle texture to your garments. You will receive 1 12×18 inch sheet of glitter heat transfer vinyl and 1 12×20 inch sheet of high tack Magic Mask. You will not receive a free 12×15 inch sheet of magic mask as well unless regular patterned HTV is ordered (see above). The glitter HTV will print lighter than the image shown due to ink absorption. Matte or gloss outdoor vinyl- Use for decals, glass, plastic, smooth surfaces. Permanent adhesive. Top quality commercial grade printed outdoor 3 mil vinyl with permanent adhesive. Adhesive 3 mil DOES NOT STICK TO SOME SILICONE OR RUBBERIZED FINISHES. Take care when applying by using a transfer tape. Do not rub directly on the vinyl when applying. It may scratch. DO NOT USE ON WALLS. 3 mil with 90# liner If you have not used our vinyl before we highly recommend a small test cut before starting a full design to achieve the appropriate cut settings since all machines differ. Although the vinyl setting or premium outdoor vinyl setting works well the Washi setting usually cuts better for small, thin or intricate designs on outdoor adhesive vinyl especially if you are using the Cricut Maker. We do not refund for using incorrect cut settings. Test cutting is key to find your desired results. indoor/5 year outdoor vinyl … weatherproof, waterproof Matte indoor vinyl – Wall vinyl or smooth surfaces for temporary decoration. Removable adhesive. 6 mil matte indoor wall vinyl perfect for temporary decoration, walls, glass, painted surfaces and more. DO NOT APPLY TO FRESHLY PAINTED SURFACES. May not work with some textured walls. Apply with transfer tape. Do not squeegee without transfer tape or vinyl may scratch. This is a thicker wall vinyl. Test cut first to find your appropriate settings for your machine. Adhesive Outdoor Glitter- This has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We are looking for a replacement product. Vinyls are not reusable. Due to variations in screens and monitors colors in images are only for reference. Image size is altered by screen size as well. The image you see will be expanded to 12×12 inches. Longer lengths will repeat seamlessly when possible. Directions for HTV**** ***Test on scrap fabric or in an inconspicuous area first to figure out your needed time and iron settings since all irons/presses are different. Shop policies apply. Heat press- Cut pattern side and weed excess material. Apply heat transfer tape to top of design (not included), squeegee, remove backing and place on garment. Heat press at 250-300 degrees for 5-7 seconds with medium to heavy pressure. Peel transfer tape hot. DIRECTIONS FOR IRON- Cut pattern/color side (not in reverse). Weed excess material. Apply heat transfer tape to the top of the design (not included), squeegee, remove backing and place on garment. PLACE PARCHMENT PAPER OR TEFLON SHEET on top of vinyl and tape. If you do not use parchment paper or teflon, the vinyl will melt. Turn iron onto low to medium low heat. Start with 10 seconds with even downward pressure and add an additional 5 seconds as needed. Try to avoid moving the iron. When the pattern of the fabric threads and the edges are attached, the vinyl is properly adhered. Patterned Glitter HTV Instructions- Cut in regular view, weed apply mask to top of the design. Time: 12 seconds Temperature: 302°F/150°C Pressure: Medium Peel: Hot We only use full color high quality EcoSolvent inks. We do not refund for user error including but not limited to not following instructions, melting htv and using improper transfer tape. If this is the first time you are using our vinyl and/or you are using an iron to apply htv the customer needs to do a test cut and test pressing first with small or scrap pieces until the desired results are achieved. We do not recommend making a full design with the vinyl until you have familiarized yourself with it using your equipment. We include a link to full instructions in the package but if you have questions, we are always happy to help. Instructions are meant to be used as guidelines due to variations in heat presses, cutters and irons. Although a pattern can be printed on multiple types of vinyl the colors might not be exact although printed with the exact same color value due to different white points, material makeup and the way inks are absorbed.
